SenSource Raises Funds for Boston Marathon Runner

For the  month of March the SenSource team held a food drive in their office to benefit the Rescue Mission of the Mahoning Valley. This time around the drive was slightly different. The team found out that fellow Youngstown native, Richard Blair, was going to be raising money to support the Rescue Mission of the Mahoning Valley and was training to run in the Boston Marathon 2016. Seeing that Richard Blair was supporting the same cause the SenSource team decided that any monetary donations collected would go directly to Blair’s fundraiser, Mission Possible: RB Runs Boston. Once the announcement was made at the SenSource office four anonymous people came forward willing to match what the SenSource team was able to raise internally. After a four week period and the generous donations from the SenSource team and matching contributors they were able to raise $1,527 to benefit Richard Blair and The Rescue Mission of the Mahoning Valley. The SenSource team holds these fundraisers and drives once a quarter internally at their office, if you’d like to learn about past events please read these great articles: SenSource Lends A Helping Hand At the Rescue Mission of the Mahoning Valley SenSource Holds Food Drive for the Rescue Mission of the Mahoning Valley SenSource Gives Back In 2015
