A note to our clients about COVID-19

These are very unsettling times right now with COVID-19 and we are continually monitoring the situation as it evolves, both locally here in Ohio, and nationwide. Like many businesses, we’re concerned about the spread of the virus and are working to take necessary precautions to achieve our main goal of keeping our team members and clients healthy and safe.

We wanted to quickly share with you the measures that we are taking during this global health crisis. Please note, as the situation continues to change, so will our procedures.

We intend to remain open to provide service to our clients when needed. All departments, including our Sales Team and our industry-leading Technical Support department will remain operational.

We continue to maintain high standards for the quality and cleanliness of our products.

We are reminding our employees and installers to take appropriate preventive hygiene methods to minimize the risk of spreading the virus.

Our staff is completely equipped and encouraged to work from home to continue providing the quality of work expected by our company and clients while at the same time helping to reduce risk of contracting and spreading the virus.

Additionally, we are not currently experiencing any delays to our order processing, shipments or installments, but we will keep you informed if anything should change.

As this crisis continues, we want to wish all of our customers and partners well. These times are not easy, but we are all in this together and will get through them as a community helping each other along the way.
