Server Manager Basic Edition 2.1
Server Manager is used to configure and control SenSource's PCW-SSRX4/9 Sensor Servers.  If you are having trouble communicating with Server Manager please check the following. 

Is your Sensor Server properly connected and receiving power?

Are your sensors located within their maximum range?

Are there any steel structures and/or walls between your sensors and Sensor Server?

Have your TCP/IP settings been approved by your network administrator?

If you need to update your software to the most recent versions, please call your SenSource technical representative and indicate that you wish to upgrade to the most recent release. You will get assistance in the steps to upgrade as well as details of what new and exciting additions in the software that are available to you

Count Recorder Software
Count Recorder Software is used to configure and control SenSource's PCDL-1000 Count Recorders.  If you are having trouble communicating with Count Recorder please check the following.

Is your Count Recorder properly connected?

Is any other program currently configured to use the COM port you are connected to?

Has the battery in your Count Recorder been replaced within the last year?

Have you tried running Auto Configure Port?
