Founded in 2002, SenSource, Inc. is a provider of premier people counting and vehicle counting solutions for many industries worldwide including retail, entertainment, gaming, education, parking facilities and government. SenSource has developed a variety of proprietary solutions that accurately monitor and analyze customer and vehicle traffic. With a highly qualified engineering and support staff, SenSource's custom solutions are each based on specific client needs. Valuable information from our systems is used to increase efficiency, customer experience, marketing effectiveness and ultimately increase revenue.

Rapidly expanding, SenSource acquired a 10,000 square foot facility in 2007 to accommodate our growth. Our industry diversity affords us strength and stability even in tough economic times. SenSource employs a staff of professionals dedicated to our success including degreed engineers, software developers, technicians, sales and marketing professionals. SenSource offers its customers comprehensive service, on-site consultation, installation and technical support. Leadership

Joseph Varacalli, President
Not including his leadership at SenSource since 2002, Joseph Varacalli has 15 years prior experience in sensor manufacturing. He holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering degree with honors and is a member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE). Within 5 years in his prior company, Joe was promoted from Project Engineer to Executive Vice-president. In that position, Joe was able to achieve a global presence for the company and grow business revenues over 1000%. With SenSource under his direction, Joe continues to lead SenSource to be the traffic monitoring industry for products, service, quality and integrity. His philosophy is that business does not just exist to make money, but to make people. The money is simply the "icing on the cake." Joe has been happily married for 27 years. A proud father of 3, he is also a church deacon, treasurer and adult youth leader. Joe also supports the Make-a-Wish Foundation, Junior League, American Cancer Society, and Teen Challenge.

Kevin Stefko, Vice-President
Prior to SenSource, Kevin Stefko held a district sales manager position for 11 years. He oversaw OEM and distributor product sales for over 10 states. Under Kevin's direction, the territory enjoyed double-digit growth for all 11 years. He was also first to set-up exclusive distributor agreements with principles in each territory. At SenSource, Kevin oversees accounting, purchasing and sales, ensuring long and short-term goals are set and exceeded. He believes in pulling in talented people that fit the goals of SenSource as a whole and giving them the autonomy needed to get the job done. Kevin has enjoyed witnessing these people rise to new levels of success and implementing new processes and procedures. Kevin holds a B.S. in Business Administration and is currently President of The West Side Merchants Civic Association. Kevin is also a member of Alpha Phi Delta Alumni Association. He and his wife are happily married and are proud parents to a daughter, Sonya.
