- Determine your processor bit

- Determine your WiFi software version
- In the software, click HELP from the top navigation menu, and then scroll down to select ABOUT.
- If your processor is running 64-bit, contact Support to upgrade to version 2.1.
- If your processor is running 32-bit and you are unable to connect, please contact Support.
