I lost my SenSource Magnetic Tool - what do I do?
Answer
The SenSource Magnetic Tool
(white, rectangular cube - attached to a keychain)
is a standard magnet. Your product can be reset by using any magnet, or by ordering a replacement (SS-MAG-TOOL).
