PCW-TB06 Series: Why did my sensor stop working after I replaced the batteries?

Last Updated: 2/3/2010 4:23:06 PM

Question
PCW-TB06 Series: Why did my sensor stop working after I replaced the batteries?

Answer
After battery replacement, the primary cause for malfunction is improper battery voltage. The TB06 Series requires non-standard 3.6V AA Lithium batteries. Standard AA batteries are 1.5V. If 1.5V batteries are used, the LED indicators and LCD counter may function, but there will not be adequate power to operate the beam and/or radio transmitter.
